A great place for unwinding & refreshing, just wish their Pregnancy Yoga (which is why I started going), was on a weekday or at least an addition of another day, since a lot of mommy-to-bes are working mommies too! The staff & teachers are great too.
Great atmosphere and the staff is very welcoming. David Adams is by far the best yoga instructor I have ever had. I've been practicing under David's guidance for almost a year now and enjoy all of his classes. A little chanting, meditation, breathing, and bending is all it takes to sooth this savage soul. Yoga has truly been a life-changing experience for me, and this is the perfect environment to get your yoga groove on. Namaste!

This place is great! I have a friend who goes here regularly, so i thought I might give it a shot. I walked in for my first class at this studio, and was the only new comer - always a good sign when people keep returning. Instructor Bekah was fabulous - she kept a good pace and made her way around the room to inspect and correct as needed. I'm already making plans to go back.
The outside world melted away when I walked into Yoga Blend for the first time. The space itself has wonderful energy, and it seemed to vibrate even more when our instructor, Dana, entered the room. I was astonished by the exquisite way her instruction brought me into my body, nourished me physically and energetically, and brought me into my most open-hearted place. Although it was my first class at Yoga Blend, I felt completely included and at-home. Dana seemed to elicit a group energy of calm joy, and shared learning, balanced with well-timed individual help. I also appreciated her mastery at theme-weaving. Warm, friendly, exceptionally skillful and well-timed instruction.
It should be a good sign that when you yelp a yoga studio, EVERYONE rates the studio with 5 stars. I am just so sick of studios like Yoga Works and refuse to support them. Rather, amazing stand alone studios like Yoga Blend who teach real yoga and have teachers and front desk employees who care about you. It is such a hard task to find a yoga studio that "fits" you sometimes...or even where you can go in and just take a random class without feeling like you got picked last for the elementary dodgeball team. Thank you to this awesome studios and great teachers for setting the yoga bar high.
LOVE Yoga Blend. Dana's class is my favorite. Great vibe, sweet people, non-intimidating environment. Highly highly recommend this place.
Honestly, this is an AMAZING studio. I used to frequent Yoga Blend when I lived in the Valley and have yet to find a place like it. Everything from the instructors to the price are wonderful. The teachers are all SO easygoing and understanding. Whether you are a skilled yogi or just beginning, the instructors are always trying their best to make you feel at ease.
There are tons of classes to choose from so if you have quite a variety of times and days and skill level. If you forget your mat-no sweat-they have mats you can use for free or purchase from their store. What I love the most is the tea they provide! I used to have a glass of tea upon exiting my classes all the time. I highly recommend this studio!

Atmosphere is fabulous, teachers are super friendly. Whenever I take a class from a new instructor they always come up and introduce themselves, knowing that I am new to their class, and ask me if I have any injuries, etc. I love the individual attention I get at yoga blend.
Nicole is my personal favorite instructor. I have taken her Level II class and it rocks! I haven't been in a couple months sadly, but next on my list is Susannah's Luna Flow.
My favorite thing about Yoba Blend is the community classes. About 10 classes a week offered for only $9!!!! Love it!
AMAZING! I have been practicing at this studio now for a few months and I frickin' love it. They are so good at what they do and so passionate. I knew yoga was amazing but with their teachers to guide and encourage me I feel like a new person. I am happy and definitely stronger and gettin even more so by the day.
You can't go wrong at this studio, every teacher is a gem and will lead you on an incredible yoga journey that you don't want to miss.
